Normal Gadgets

I had to have screen repairs for my older Ipad and new Iphone and they were able to order the part needed and get my devices repaired within 24 hours of ordering the needed part. They were friendly and knowledgeable but also thorough on ensuring nothing else was wrong with my devices at the time of repair.

I highly recommend "Normal Gadgets". I went to get my laptop completely cleaned (it was overheating quickly and often freezing during use, I had to restart it constantly. This was the first time I've had my laptop cleaned in 7 years.) I asked if I could pick up my device tomorrow - the guy who took the laptop in for cleaning said they would try to get it done as soon as possible. I was very pleasantly surprised when they called me back two and a half hours later and said they were done and I could pick up the laptop. Now the laptop is working great again. Thank you guys so much for the fast and quality service!

Staff was amazing when I began having an error message pop up on my phone. Stopped in without an appointment and they gave me a quick assessment and offered a potential quick (and free fix). Unfortunately that wasn't the problem, but they had the part in stock and had the new part installed AND phone fixed in about 2.5 hours. -Friendly service -Dedicated customer care

Great service at a good price. Fun sports conversation with the help! I thought it would be fair to add a few specifics. I wanted to coax a bit more life out of a couple of iPhone 11’s. Both needed new batteries and one needed a screen replaced. After I picked up the phones, the face id didn’t want to work. I think it was Luke that I talked with about it. They were happy to have me bring the phones back in to take a look at them under the 30 day warranty. And as I talked with Luke, he was genuinely interested in making sure that “their work was quality”. Thank you for being willing to look at a couple of 6-7 year old phones!

I took in a laptop for cleaning and a checkup. The cleaning was only $50, which seems like a great price. The laptop also needed to have the thermal paste replaced, which was an extra $50 (a little more than some other quotes I've seen, but to tune-up a four-year-old laptop, I think $100 is pretty good). The laptop does seem to run a little better and much cooler, though the fans seem louder for some reason (they noise might be settling down over time). The main reason this isn't a 5-star review is that the communication wasn't great. I dropped the laptop off on a Tuesday with hopes to pick it up on a Friday. I got an automated text immediately but heard nothing else until I called on Thursday. The person I talked to didn't know exactly what was going on with it (which didn't fill me with confidence) but said it looked like the maintenance was finished, and I was able to pick it up on Friday. I feel it would have been best if they had called me after the cleaning and diagnostic but before replacing the paste just to confirm that I wanted to spend the extra money (we had talked about it when I dropped it off, so it wasn't a big deal in the end). At the very least I wish there had be
